This Privacy Policy explains how HighScalers, a brand of Dawaris Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("HighScalers", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit https://highscalers.com (the "Website"), request our free Missed-Call Leak Audit, book a call with us, or join our text messaging (SMS) program.

HighScalers helps independent US dental practices stop losing patients to missed calls, slow replies and no-shows by setting up missed-call text-back, AI reception, appointment reminders and review requests. This Website is intended for dental practice owners and staff who are interested in our services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the Missed-Call Leak Audit form or book a call, we may collect:

your first and last name;
your email address;
your mobile phone number (optional);
your dental practice's name, website and city/state;
your role at the practice; and
any details you choose to share about your practice's calls, scheduling or patient follow-up.

Your SMS consent choices. If you provide a phone number, we record whether you checked our non-marketing SMS consent box and/or our separate marketing SMS consent box, along with the date, time and page on which you gave consent.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our systems may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. Marketing messages (second checkbox, optional and separate): special offers, discounts and service updates from HighScalers.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting the audit, booking a call or purchasing any service. You may leave the phone field blank and leave both boxes unchecked and still submit the form.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For example, you may receive a few messages around an audit request or a booked call, and marketing messages only if you opted in to them.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
